Please note that changes were made in the Contract No. BT–08.
In particular, the "Terms and definitions" chapter was changed: some new definitions were added and several existing definitions were changed.
Annex 3 of the Contract No. BT–08 was modified as well: the "Trading terms" chapter was changed in regards to margin requirements and orders execution rules.
All these changes were made in order to make Broco’s trading conditions fit for market trading requirements.
The changes in the Client’s Agreement will take effect in two weeks.

Please note that changes were made in Annex 8 of the Contract No. BT-08.
In particular the "Orders" chapter was added to the Annex 8 for the purpose of regulating the Client’s work with the Currenex trading platform. In this chapter Clients will find detailed information on different types of orders available in the platform and their execution rules. This will be useful for traders working with Currenex and for successful cooperation with Broco.
The updated Annex 8 will take effect in two weeks.

In April 2010 BroCo will become licensed and regulated by CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission). "Broco has applied for this license and submitted all documents required and now we are expecting to become full licensed in April 2010. This license will reconfirm that Broco meets the European licensing standards and will provide our clients with additional protection", said Dmitry Zelenko, Broco’s legal consultant.

Due to the transfer of trading accounts from Broco Investor to Broco Trader platform, the accounts prefixes will be changed, as of March 09, 2010. Prefix BI will be changed to BT. Trading accounts numbers will remain the same.

Broco has implemented some changes regarding leverage levels for trading Forex. These changes will be effective since February 24, 2010.

Effective on February 25, 2010 new rules for funds withdrawal will be applied for foreign Clients of the Broco.

Broco Clients will get more opportunities and comfortable trading conditions. On February 22nd, 2010 all the trading instruments of the Broco Investor trading platform will be transferred to the Broco Trader Platform. The new registration for the Broco Investor platform will be closed since that moment. The Broco Investor trading platform allows users to trade Forex; there are thirty-nine currency pairs available for traders. Effective on February 22nd all of these instruments will be available in the Broco Trader and will form a separate group of instruments named Forex FX (the minimal lot size for Forex FX is 0.1 in any account currency). The main characteristic for this group is a floating spread. At the same time currency pairs with a fixed spread will still be available in the Broco Trader platform under the Forex group of instruments.

Reduction of Margin Requirements for Crude Oil ContractsIn accordance with Broco’s main policy in providing our Clients with the best trading conditions, the original margin requirements for trading CL — 7200 USD and QM — 1200 USD contracts, have been reduced to 4000 USD for CL contracts, and 700 USD for QM contracts.
These changes will take effect as of February 15th 2010.
